- Items altered, resized, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original certificates
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details and reason for return
- We'll arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank transfers take 5–7 business days. For exchanges, any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.
